    Typically, the turnaround time is 3 to 4 weeks. However, this can vary depending on the specific service and any required parts

  • How are pricing and estimates determined?

    Once the watch is delivered, it is thoroughly reviewed, and an estimate is created. This estimate will be sent to the customer for discussion and approval of the necessary services.

  • Are there any watch brands/movements that you do not work on?

    We are currently taking in any Timex, Pin-Lever movements, or Chronograph movements.

  • Which shipping provider will be used to return my watch?

    Typically, returns are shipped via USPS, but we can use a shipping provider of the customer's preference upon request.

  • What types of warranties do you offer?

    We offer a 1-year warranty on all mechanical and quartz services, as well as a 1-year warranty on battery replacements.

  • What is included in a full service?

    A full service includes:

    1. A complete disassembly of the watch

    2. A 5-step cleaning process

    3. Oiling and regulation

    4. A final inspection
